The ugh. You know the ugh. You especially know this feeling if you happen to work an office job. It’s a couple hours after lunch, the afternoon is starting to drag and you are feeling logy. This feeling, however, doesn’t only impact desk jockeys. Hitting the wall while indulging in your favorite physical activity is no fun either. Whether it’s the office doldrum or the dreaded wall, you need to know about Compete Energy Bites.

Compete Energy Bites are chunky little nuggets of chocolaty goodness. Available in Chocolate or Mocha, each bite contains 135 milligrams of caffeine, or about the same as a 12-ounce cup of coffee, to help get you over the hump of humpday, find your focus for a marathon study session, or to give you a couple extra hours at the local skatepark while trying to land an alley-oop hurricane in the deep end of the peanut bowl. According to the folks at Compete, all you have to do is consume one bite for moderate energy or two for maximum energy (Do not exceed three bites within a 24-hour period).

Each bite has around 40 calories and only seven grams of carbs so there’s no need to worry about the heap of sugar found in most energy drinks when it’s time for that afternoon pick-me-up. Of course, if you happen to be sensitive to caffeine, this product may not be right for you, but I have no idea what that could possibly be like since there is no me without it.
